By securing bank financing and legal structuring, it was possible to keep a property in family ownership and secure it for the next generation. The comprehensive advice also included establishing condominium ownership and transferring a condominium unit to a future heir by means of a mixed donation.

Inheritance proceedings
RUOSS VÖGELE is representing four charitable organisations in connection with the estate of a wealthy, childless decedent in civil proceedings concerning the ineligibility of the heir and the invalidity of the will. Contested is the last will of a widowed and childless testator, who appointed her lawyer as her (sole) heir.
