Sale of equity interest

RUOSS VÖGELE advises a founding partner of a Swiss company active in the leisure and outdoor sector on the sale of his shares as well as the orderly exit from the company in the context of a management buyout. In addition to the sale of his shares in the company, comprehensive exit agreements had to be concluded, covering also the repayment of shareholder loans and the termination of the employment relationship (including the settlement of bonus claims).
