PD Dr. Damian A. Fischer LL.M. is organizing a conference on «Conflicts of Interest: Law & Best Practice» in the renowned seminar series of the Europa Institute of the University of Zurich on October 4, 2022, and will also be a speaker and moderator at this conference. At the first event, issues relating to related party transactions will be examined from various angles by top-class experts from academia and practice. The event is aimed at executives, corporate in-house counsel, lawyers and other legal advisors, fiduciaries and other interested persons who are involved in related party transactions or who would like to further their education in this area.

Together with the Zurich private bank Maerki Baumann, RUOSS VÖGELE organized a successful client event on the topic of corporate succession. We were able to shed light on the topics of internal and external succession searches, the succession process and inheritance law issues. Starting from the fall semester 2021, PD Dr. iur. Damian A.
