Marc Probst has been a partner at RUOSS VÖGELE since February 2026. He advises national and international corporations and private clients on a comprehensive and interdisciplinary basis in transaction law, with a focus on M&A and financings in the areas of Aviation, Yachting and Real Estate, as well as Corporate & Structured Finance.

He is an experienced attorney with extensive professional experience in legal advisory, combined with several years of executive leadership in the asset management sector. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic perspective, he develops tailored, pragmatic solutions for complex and high-value mandates. He advises clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle — from structuring and negotiation through to successful execution and long-term strategic advisory.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text
