Eric Sibbern specializes in advising companies, investors and private individuals on transactions, corporate law and general commercial law matters. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructurings, financings, joint ventures, as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. In this context, he also advises on the structuring of investment vehicles and the design of governance structures.

In addition to his work with leading business law firms in Switzerland and the United States, he served as a Director at a major Swiss bank, where he led national and international strategic projects.

Drawing on his experience as a partner in an investment vehicle and as a board member of private and publicly listed companies, he also offers transactional insight from both an investor and a corporate perspective.
