RUOSS VÖGELE successfully represented a Swiss holding company in a complex dispute involving several group companies and their indirect owners. The claimant shareholder initiated multiple parallel proceedings, including two interim relief proceedings as well as an application for court-ordered organisational measures under art. 731b of the Swiss Code of Obligations, which the competent district court recently dismissed in full. New Bulletin on the deletion of unjustified debt collections
RUOSS VÖGELE publishes a new bulletin on improved protection against unjustified debt collection. On 1 January 2019, revised provisions of the Federal Law on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy entered into force, which enable debtors to have unjustified entries in the debt collection register deleted resp. withdrawn from the inspection rights of third parties in an uncomplicated and inexpensive procedure (available only in German).
